An East Of India Collaboration, crafted by hand.
These beautifully hand carved wooden pomegranate in dark wood houses a stunning paper moth creation. Made by hand by Perched Bird in our little studio using fine raw cotton paper, wire, wool and feathers. Painted with quality gouache and attached using a hook and eye.
Made in very limited runs.
Collaboration piece - East of India, pieces are designed in the UK and created in Bali supporting local artisans. PLEASE NOTE - the moth is sent separately within the parcel to keep it safe in transit. Delicately hook the moth onto the fruit once at home to complete the keepsake.
Size (pomegranate only) - H80 x W70 x D70mm. Not a toy. Clean by blowing gently, do not wet or apply pressure to the moth.
